Got Voicemail Pro 9.0.3 with a conference bridge created on it.
4 Option Menu then leads to Test Variable options for PIN check, followed by a name record and whisper then transfer to MeetMe code. Attached a snip of the layout.
ISDN and SIP DDI assigned to it for testing purposes...
That then results in "invalid user credentials"
This was working fine and all credentials are correct. Has just recently stopped working.
The users are using the app on iPhones

We are getting "Could not connect to server - invalid server certificate" on One-X mobile when trying to connect/login.
Has anyone come across this before or can advise what it might be and how to resolve it?

Having an issue with an EU24 on IP500 v2 8.1(69) where the screen just shows iv32_0
It doesn't do anything else or work no matter where it is connected to. Is there anything that can be done?

We have a number of users using Ip Office SIP softphone on Windows 8 where they are unable to use the transfer feature. On clicking transfer you can dial the number but then when clicking transfer now it comes up with "transfer failed".

We have a customer that primarily uses 3720 DECT phones and 1408 digitals
They would like calls to a person who is already on the phone to go straight to engaged or if that cannot be achieved then straight to voicemail
On the 1408s we can have two call appearances and tick Reserve Last CA...
We are trying to get voicemail to email working with one of our customers but cannot get it to work at the moment.
They are using a hosted solution so external voicemail server.
We are getting the below trace

Cheers I have set it all up will see how I get on. Either the users select "busy not available" as the code thus avoiding the real reasons, or it isn't reporting the codes.
Is there a report that can be run on CCR that will show the reason codes selected by users when becoming busy?
I have noticed another question regarding a previous version saying that there isnt a report to do this but wanted to confirm if this was still the case.

Nope I don't think so, there are only 5 handsets, we may have configured them using the advanced charger before sending them out.

It is set to the IP address of the phone system and is showing updated with the correct time.
It was set to 60 mins now I have set it to 1 min try and force a change.
It is on IPBS[4.1.30 C], Bootcode[4.1.30], Hardware[IPBS1-Z3 /1B]

There have been other posts regarding this but they still haven't solved the issue we are having.
Following the clocks change the time on the DECT system was wrong and the handsets were also showing the wrong time.
The system is pointed to the phone system and is showing the correct time...
