Thanks so much for your prompt reply... Hmmm... Currently I did change the default IRNA timer in the TDA30 from 40 seconds to 20 seconds. So is the problem (of extension to extension being 40 seconds to voice mail)in the TVM50? Should I being changing the extension transfer sequence from FX to FXD?
