As a silly question as I have come across with other things...Would I require a special key code for MWI or perhaps IP phones do not have this feature?
I have a BCM 50 6.0 using IP1220 phones. I am trying to make the light blink whenever a voice mail is left. Can someone point me to the right area in either call pilot or business elements?
Thanks for all assistance. I should have paid more attention when the company setup the phones. When i go into network confirguration, I get another menu that reads "OK", "Auto", "BkSpc", and "Clear". If I want to setup partial DHCP, to get an IP and gateway but to set the BCM server...
Thanks Jeremy,
I do not have a VPN setup home yet so is there any instructions on how to use the NAT Keycodes? I do have the CD with all the manuals. I should ask if this is included or is an additional license required? On another note, when I go into the phone, it is asking for a password...

We have a BCM50 R6.0 using IP1220 desksets. I have done some searching through this forum regarding using a VPN but still unsure what is required. We have a VPN presently setup between our two locations using seperate IP ranges...ie one on 192.168.1.xxx and the other location on 10.0.0.xxx...

I am trying to setup ringing over our paging system using a new bcm50 6.0. Our paging is working well. I have a V-2001A single zone (plus) page control unit to add ringing to the paging system. Our paging is working well through the box. I have attached the aux ringing from the bcm50 bix...
We would prefer to have seperate zone paging so not to bother people in other parts of the plant that the page does not pertain to. I was looking at the Algo 1825 Duet Plus and was wondering if I could have my external paging (all in one zone) and plus have the phone ringing over the existing...
I have upgraded from a Panther612 system to a BCM50. In the old system we had external paging zones that were off individual phone sets. We had the external paging speakers connected to the intercom on the individual set on the Panther system. So when you paged the individual set, it was...
