    No go I am afraid, tried it as per the manual and it will not budge form 3/6 even if I go lower, that was trying it with the handset. Do you know which CoS it is to reconfigure it? Might be this that is defaulting it to 3/6 Thanks for your assistance so far

    Oh just toi let you know I have had a look at the manual and see you can amend the default for the handset and speakerphone but no instructions for a headset. I have tried the same but to no avail
