Ok I am going to give that whirl, I looked at that to begin with, but appeared no extensions were setup that way, and I have the exact same scenario in another building on the same campus that it working correctly. Assign voicemail to pick up an incoming ringing line...
I have a separate building with three extensions, 137, 138, 148. Currently if an individual dials a particular outside line it rings to both 138 and 148. In the event know one answers or dnd is on I want that outside line to be answered by 148's voicemail. Currently 138 is picking up. What do...- mrc00lbreeze
