Lameid- Thanks for the rresponse...I was making this way harder than I should have. I figured out that all I need to do was to set up a parent child relationship to solve my problems. I was trying to get to fancey with what i was tring to do.- Mar0311

I have been using access for serveral years and I am stumped when designing my current database project. The user wants to record metrics by month for a service. The service would stay the same, the only thing that would change is the metrics when I select a different month. I am thinking this...- Mar0311
