Mute Handset Mitel 5220
Hi all, I am looking for a way to mute a handset, while on a call, on the Mitel 5220 phones. The 5220 does have a "Microphone" button, but this appears to only mute when using handsfree/loudspeaker. Cheers, Would you possibly know where we could get this upgrade? We aren't actually sure what version of the HTML app we are currently on. But it hasn't been upgraded since it was install I think. So likly it is an old version. Thanks- Wezaa
