I tried to access it remotely, since I am not on site to help the user, and I get that the voicemail has not been initialized
I guess my only option is to go on site

I know that by default when you click on Reset Password for a specific mailbox, the password is reset to 0000
Unfortunately, this default password does not seem to work for my client
I know that there is some place in CallPilot that letws you decide and specify what the default password is...
I bought a wireless Plantronic headset to install on a 1140 IP phone. I can get the receiver to have a dial tone, but whenever I press on the headset button on the phone, instead of having that light go on, it's the speaker light that goes on and activates.
