Has anyone had an issue with an upgrade from R1 to R6 regarding Desktop Messaging with Outlook, allowing the user to listen to the voicemail for only about 4 seconds and then quits/cuts off.
Listening to the message through the set is fine.
Could it be that the Desktop messaging on her PC...
If a live caller in the auto attendant is listening to the greetings and trees and decides to hang up, the dead call is transferred to the receptionist (0) - is there a way to stop this?
