For the past week, staff have commented that occasionly, external and internal e-mail they send sits in their Outlook 2000 Outbox for a minute or so before being sent.
Also there is a delay in external and internal incoming mail being sent to individual mailboxes.
When using the "FILL-IN" mailmerge field, is it possible to use an IF statement to remove an entry which is blank, eg. when a user does not enter any text into a fill-in field, I want that line suppressed, allowing the next 'filled-in' field to appear in its place.
