CS1000 Phantom DN
I have a phantom dn set to forward offsite, dcfw 16 91800xxxxxxx, and cls has cfxa and fna but the call will not go off switch. I programmed it as an ACD queue with ncfw to 91800xxxxxxx and it works fine. Any ideas why this will not forward using the phantom dn? Thanks.- jthoma22

Buffer Box data
Our Call Accounting application is down, and the buffer box is at 80%, is there a way to pull the data and store it on a computer until the application is back up and working?
