Creating a form with a pop up date info
Hi, How to do in acrobat pro to create a form when i click the space a pop up window for a date/month will appear? I have attached image for reference...- malv1976

insert picture in a fillable form
I have tried this in life cycle but the problem the image icon on my library is blurred...meaning i cant use it... I have use some form before that when I click the space...a pop up window will appear and automatically direct me to the my file on pc... Is there a way to do this in acrobat...- malv1976
