Labels not showing on teleworker handset
Hi, I have a user working from home using 5320. The phone is setup as a teleworker and connects to our Border Gateway. The phone functions ok, but there are no labels are displayed on any of the soft keys. The functionality of the key however works. I dont see anything in our firewall...- MakersMark31

MAC already in use
Hi, Trying to register a previously used handset with a new extn. The MAC address of the handset is already in use, so we cant register it. Is there a way on the 3300 controller to find which extn is using it, or do we just have to export all users to a CSV and search that way? thanks- MakersMark31
