Route Data block doesnot exist SCH0163
when I tried to mention existing or newly created RDB as FRRT & SRRT to ACD & CDN, the error show SCH0163 - Route Data block does not exist.....how do i rectify this, please help- kharatp

Nortel 1120E IP phone unreachable
Dear sir, I have configured new cisco switch for new IP range and given the UP link from existing nortel switch and created the new VLAN ID for DATA & voice.but now problem is that after the configuration of phone, it's rebooted and shows server unreachable connecting to S1 then nothing is...- kharatp
