Scratch using a cascading parameter. I had the logic reversed. What I am doing now is picking the most static elements and excluding them as part of the SQL command SELECT LABORCODE_I,LABCODEDESC_I FROM UMS.dbo.LC010014 LC010014 where LABORCODE_I <> 'BV' AND LABORCODE_I <> 'HO' AND...- BrettJr

Thanks for the reply. Eventually most tables and views will be generated on the SQL server, but for now, (until I learn more SQL), I need to have Crystal Reports do most of the work. I have only been working with Crystal Reports, SQL and GP for about 6 months. I'm self taught, so...- BrettJr
