Hey guys, I have extension 4054 as the main extension programmed for an IP Mitel 5330 phoneset on a 3300 controller. I have also programmed *4054 as the softphone extension on the 3300 controller. UC Softphone
Hello everyone, I have setup UC softphone on my laptop. Able to make outbound calls with softphone/usb headset. However when i dial my own extension (on main 3300 controller) i cannot get the softphone to pick up incoming calls. Any advice? Tips? Thanks.- mitelmaestro
