I have all installs completed and successful connection from reporting interface/machine to the Call Pilot - I see a large number of calls downloaded.
I've set up admin user, can login to Call Center Reporting, etc. Problem: None of my skillsets set up on the call pilot are presenting for me...
Has anyone ever replaced the ethernet card/port on the unit? I believe mine is bad and if I could replace just the ethernet port hardware, all would be well. All documentation I find references only software configurations. Thanks in advance.
Call Pilot 150. Call Center Reporting Server (CPL_CC_31.10.28c.16_10_31_2007) installed on one system. Reporting for Call Center (4.0.100.1190) installed on another system. Anyone who's ever run this guantlet knows it's a nightmare to get the the Reporting working!!! Anyway - I got it all...
