My customer had a power surge and since then haven’t been able to dial out from their
System. They can receive calls but when they dial out, it will ring the other party (with the correct caller ID) but when the the other ends picks up the call drops and this message appears on the phone...
a customer has fiber that was installed 15 years ago and believe it's multi-mode. It's marked 62.5/125. They want to be able to have a 10 gig backbone without replacing the fiber. Can you get 10 gig thru multi-mode or only single mode.
