    CUCM MOH Not playing on inbound calls for remote site

    Make sure you've installed the MOH file on all CM's and not just on the Publisher. I had this same issue. It's a pain but if you install it on all Subs as well it'll work like a dream :) Hope this helps

    Nice story Gordon but it doesn't really help me any! lol! my 7961 still sat there with it's red mute button light on doing nothing! Anyone else have any suggestions?

    Unable to Use Phone Designer

    Hi, We had this issue as well and we found the phone had to be a controlled device under you user settings. So go to your End User page a in Device Association select the desired phone and Save. Should be able to push the wallpapaers etc across now Hope this helps

    cisco 7961 won't boot up

    Thanks for the info but I've tried to initiate the factory reset as you suggest numerous times. I can't even get past the red mute button light sticking on aftger I plug in either the ethernet or the powercube. I'm thinking it might be FUBAR :( Any other suggestions?

    Call Forward Problem

    Are you setting the CFwd from the softkey? If so try setting it from CCMUser page. Can you also set a succesful CFwd from Call Manager?
