We currently have ACS 5.0 mated with Partner Messaging 7.0. VMS Delay is set to 2 rings on all lines. Caller ID is displayed on the handsets:
1) Sometimes after 1 or 2 rings on the handset
2) Sometimes after 3 or 4 rings on the handset
3) Sometimes when the handset is picked up
