to solve this issue.
but here i tried to do change with the option disconnect clear in
line properties & busy tone detection in system telephont settings.
but still the transfered calls are not disconnecting.

I tried all the options in bcm & IPO.
We tried with G450 instead of ipo with same ipo ip.
and without changing the bcm settings.
We can able to call both side.
That means BCM settings are ok right.

But in new branch they purchased ipoffice But we cannot dial from ipoffice even bcm extn.
The pri came on 1 of the bcm400.

in avaya system monitor i am getting the error disconnect from destination end.
It sayinng the cause code 28
means

This cause indicates that the called party cannot be reached because the called party number is not in a valid format or is not complete.
how we can solve this
