Thanks for replying but that's not it. Both extensions are forwarded B/NA to 107. I tried changing 101 B/NA forwarding to 108 but it didn't make any difference.

Sorry Mike, none that I'm aware of. If somebody was really ambitious there might me a way to write a script on your EMML terminal to log in and do a SET TD with an accurate time that it has pulled off a server every month or two but other than that I think it's just going to be your monthly chore
