Job remains active 0% with DLT8000
My problem is that I have an Dell poweredge 4100, Quantum DLT8000, AIC7880 scsi controller, Arcserve 6.6 SP4, and Novell 5.1 Sp3 and my problem is that when I attempt to start a backup the system will format the tape ok (no errors) and the just stop at 0% complete and never even send another...- rkovacs

Disable - Detection of new hardware
How does one disable MS Windows 2000 ability to discover and add new hardware automatically. Because I was wondering if W2K can be setup to work in this manner when an administrator or equiv. is logged in.- rkovacs
