I will bring this up with the vendor. Upsetting to us a vendor would make such a false statement, indicating Partner mail and Merlin mail are one and the same. I appreciate your info and feedback. I will let you know what resolution is. Thanks again.

The voicemail is a 4-port partner mail and yes, it is an 012 single line card with ring generator that's in our Merlin II.
