    CME registration with Flowroute issues

Has anyone been able to get a CME to register with Flowroute successfully? I have done with another router with the credentials/authentication configuration under SIP-UA with no problem, but this other router won't register. Flowroute came back with this message. Anyone have any ideas? Let me...

    External Phone Number Mask

I am running CUCM 7.1 with CUBE to my SIP trunk provider. I setup an external phone number mask from my house cordless phone (connected through ATA) so that it shows the house number. That works great when I dial anybody from the house phone. To enable someone to get a hold of me when I am out...

    On hold problem

Nevermind, I found out that I needed inbound and outbound fast start enabled. Thanks anyways!

    MOH between extensions

I am running CUCM7. I got MOH working between extension and external caller, but between internal extensions all I get is the three beeps. I am confirmed Multicast is enabled on both my router and the CUCM7 MOH source. Is there something I missed? Any help is appreciated.

    On hold problem

OK, I've got a CCM with H323 trunk to CME to get out. CME is providing SIP trunk out to provider. I use a CIPC on my laptop registered to CCM to call my cell phone. I place call on hold, I hear music. I resume the call and I can talk to myself. However, I can no longer place myself back on hold...

    CUCM7 and VMWare Server 2

When I run that command, it outputs below, which is the correct setting I thought. Mode: Auto disabled, full, 100MB/s

    CUCM7 and VMWare Server 2

I changed the port as suggested, but the error is actually the cucm. I have confirmed that the desktop is running at full 100 and as well the cucm, yet my switch still says the below. This is a home call manager I am playing with (lab I guess). Kind of annoying and I think this is what is...

    CUCM7 and VMWare Server 2

I have CUCM7 running on VMWare Server 2 on my Windows 7 machine. Not a half bad desktop and I've been watching the CPU utilization and memory and it's not getting killed. I have a strange problem appearing on my Cisco switch. It says there is a duplex mismatch with my desktop computer, but more...

    SIP Errors

I was looking at my debugs on my router (trying to solve DTMF problem) and I noticed these messages starting to appear. Anybody ever seen this before or know what it means? Oct 8 04:37:57.977: //-1/xxxxxxxxxxxx/SIP/Error/rtpAvpCodec_to_voipCodec: Unexpected RTP PayloadType :255 in SDP Body...

    Disconnect during fax transmission

I did that almost every time I made a change, just to rule out some old code still stuck in the system. For whatever reason I had one successful outgoing last night. Of course when I tried again, it failed. There was no rhyme or reason for the success either. The same settings that were...

    Disconnect during fax transmission

I spent most of last night trying those commands both at a global level and on the individual dial-peers. I even tried fax rate disable. Still, no effect. I am starting to think I have a flaky router or something. I'm at a loss.

    Disconnect during fax transmission

You know, I may have an even bigger problem. I managed to get debugging to work. I did a debug ccsip error and the below is what I got. Keep in mind that the first and last errors came across the terminal while the fax machine was inactive. Everything else is during the fax transmission. Oct...

    Disconnect during fax transmission

I want to say QOS, but what is weird is the fax machine is sitting right next to me when I am trying to send. I literally hear a sound like a disconnect when the distant end first picks up, and then another click (almost like someone is picking up the phone or something) when they start...

    Disconnect during fax transmission

It seems to be intermittent. I can't confirm with my provider right now if anything has changed on their end, but as of right now, I would assume everything is fine. My WAN is a cable connection with 25mb/5mb. I consistently get more speed than that, but thats what my plan is rated for. Running...

    Disconnect during fax transmission

I'm running CME on the 1760, which terminates the SIP trunk as well. I've confirmed with my provider that they are running pass-thru for faxes, which is exactly how I have my incoming and outgoing dial-peers configured. I've tried to mess with debugging the traffic/connections, but unfortunately...

    Disconnect during fax transmission

I am trying to fax over my SIP Trunk and for whatever reason, the call disconnects as soon as the two fax machines start to transmit. I can receive faxes all day long, but outgoing fails. Using a FXS card on Cisco 1760 which sends everything to SIP Trunk provider. Any help is appreciated.

    CME on 1760

I have my CME on a 1760 hooked up via an FXO port, which in turn is connected to my OOMA (similar to Vonage). My ooma allows me to have two numbers. I have one of my numbers set up as a distinctive ring so that my fax machine will catch it and receive the fax, otherwise I know the normal ring...

    Pix 501 config

Hello. I am fairly new to configuring a Cisco Pix. I have a RVS4000 at the main site. That functions as a main site for all vpn connections. I already have another RVS4000 at a remote site connected back to main. I also have a few clients connected to main site via Quick VPN. I have a PIX 501 at...
