Calling Party Name to VDN?
If you have a DID pointing to a VDN in the System, the reason you don't see CPN for that number is depending on what you named the VDN in the system. If you name the VDN with the CPN you will see that information where as is you name it something else you won't see the number. Display the VDN to...- bcheney

Calling Appearance on Conference Calls
Sorry, I didn't put that in my post before I do have a conference display button. I am using 9611 and 9641 phones. I can see the display info but can't see any of the details.- bcheney
