Has anyone added more IP phone licenses to Avaya CM 6.3, I know under CMM you go to WebLm but it does not appear it is the same way for IP License on CM. We only have embedded mail and CM system that is all. We have tried locating this in Manual and even on line but no luck.

Thank you for your response, but I think what I was looking for was the 4 soft keys, one of our other BCM IP sites show the call park on those keys not the 6 keys. I am pretty sure it also has transfer. I am going to check the other side today.
We just got done programming this just as he said and it works as well as clicking in the drop down menu to open preview wind where hold calls go to, we also have touch screens and they work great have been happy once we fixed these two features
Thank you on the response The call park was for stations not console had just figured that one out last week. The stations we used phantom stations built and added to a set. 4400 - 4403 they use there transfer key then *66 + ext then complete key to park then *67 + station # to retreive

1 Attendant one X service pack updates has anyone done what is procedure. Nothing in service pack 8 readme files on how to install, also do you install client and server or just clients we have 2 soft consoles.
2 Can you park more then one call to a station, if not is...
Can more then one call be parked to an Avaya Aura Communication manger phone set. Customer at this can only park one call to there extension have three appearances on phone.

I need to install a new TDS/CONF on a multi group opt 81c I know I have to program the loops for the TDS and Conf loop in cequ but I can not remember what I have to program in the PBX for the ports or channels Is the cequ the only programming?
