I am getting the exact same issue. I can call internally and receive calls but no external calling. Tried on a different PC as a different logged-in user. That one can call out externally. I then log in as the problematic user and still cannot call out externally. This tells me it is an IPO...
Has a case been opened with Avaya on this issue? We are experiencing the same problem on 2 systems running 8.1(67). Unfortunately we cannot downgrade. We had issues with DTMF not working on AA over a SCN which is fixed in 67.

I have a couple of skill-sets configured in the BCM450 R1. I also have 18 agents configured. The bizarre thing is that only agents 1 thru 10 can log into any skill-set. 11 thru 18 cannot. I have all the agents (1 thru 18) assigned to the skill-set as well. Has anyone seen this?
