THANK YOU!!! That definitely isn't in the manual, which seems something of an oversight. Still, working as I want now which is all that matters. Hi, many thanks for your response. I've been through PGM's 47 and 48 repeatedly, but neither seem to do what I want. 47 simply allows you to specify what type of group it is (circular, terminal etc), and 48 allows you to change the various parameters such as no-answer timer and overflow...- martycbb
