Ok, my brain has been a bit shot thinking about this. Basically, I want CO1-3 (the real COs) to not ring ext 16. I have a KX-TA624. 604 is extension name settings.- NullEntity

We run a small business with an old 624. The hunt groups weren't what I needed so I did what some other people recommended and installed a 'loopback' cable from Ext16 to CO4. It works fine. Except that now incoming calls on another CO ring Ext16 and therefore CO4. Is there a way for me to...- NullEntity
