I agree you dont have to go into PDT to get the updates in my experience. Firstly cant you set the numbers you want to exclude as unpublished ? What are you doing when you edit the file ? Also is the Upload date and time changing when you re-upload ? Anyone found a way to schedule the update ?

Not sure if this is what you're trying to do but if you want to add other numbers you can export the file after its created then add the numbers you want into the .csv file. Import the edited file and then upload to the call server. Should do the job for you. Not sure if you could link...
