The problem was not enough Ram memmory addes one more stic got ot up to 512 .Once you have more than 100 um for a keycode
you need do bump up the ram in the bcm problem solved.

We have no other mailboxes with unified messaging working class of service has nothing to do with the problem as was noted in a prior thread from a different vendor the same problem occurred he also tried Class of service changes and made no difference there's no notation what changes...
As one of the first things I tried the outcome was the same in a Class of services for mailboxes there is no notation or setting for unified messaging on the BCM 400
I tried changing the classes services several times no difference
Thier is no setting that automaticly changes the amount a rings takes befor auto attendant picks up in tables you can set it
to pickup after 11 ring that would be a fixed number. or 1 ring with a service button or you can set it for auto service
and set up a time table for it to pick up in...

Yes I have it set to 4 in feature 983, 1020000,5 out dial channels set to 4

yes 8 trunk in pool ext transfer as an option on node 5 transfer,ext.pool 2, than number it is not a pool or routing problem it is the nam it's self only lets the first caller to be ext transfer .The other caller does not go threw you can see the nam pick up the other outside line for about 3...

Set up a rout table using the digit 7 works great . The problem is when two people press 5 EXT transfer at the same time in the ccr tree on nam 4.1
both callers get a co line but the person than pressed the
5 1 second later gets...
