I have a server with windows 2000 advanced server on it. The search function has stopped working. Nothing happens when you click on it. Any ideas on how to fix this?
The shortcut shows a drive letter. If I remap the drive the target still goes to the old server. It looks like it's using a UNC name but showing a drive letter. Is there a way to force it to the mapped drive?

We are running ACT2000 on a server running wk2 and Citrix Metaframe XP, sp1, feature release 1. We added oak check and since then the menu has disappeared. If you add it back using ACTDIAG it only stays for the next time you launch ACT. Oak check has been removed and ACT removed and reinstalled.
Wendy has helped others in ECCC to recognize print spooler problems in Citrix and to follow the new procedures created for Ecitrix.
This has helped eliminate these calls from going to the server team freeing up their time.
I got the error below. I tried putting the echo command on the line before the runas command. There is no error but the comand dosen't work.
