Various documents state that field 16 is the Hold Time, however we are not receiving this on the SMDR output from the IPO.

I see the "Hold Time" is field 16 of the csv data. However the Avaya system csv that is received is not including this Hold Time data from the system.

I have trawled through programming and under lines or anywhere else I cannot find the option for line type or line data.
Under Lines is only name and restrictions
Done a bit of searching and it looks like lines need to be assigned to a line pool and dialing 9 only grabs line 1.

Old Rel3 Compact Plus with 8 analogue lines. Works fine on extensions with 8 line keys.

On the IP Office we entered a star in the incoming number field that caught all calls but maybe this do not work on the Argent Office.
