I have an IP OFFICE 500, and one of my techs pressed the manual reset button, but does not know how long he held it. He may have erased the license. Is there anyway to tell if that happened?

I have a BCM400 with 4.0 software. It recently lost all voice mail capabilities and I can't get into programming. I have replaced the hard drive and pec cards. Still no luck. Any suggestions?
