my company uses Aloha Table Service as our POS system, and also uses Eatec from Agilysys for tracking inventory. We have a product mix report that is automatically uploaded from each Aloha Server in each shop every morning to an ftp site for eatec to grab the file and adjust for our sales...
Is any one using the newer ALOHA ATOD (Take out and Delivery) software, and managing it with a VNC viewer? I am, and there are some windows that pop up in ATOD like the customer data window, the confirm delivery window, and the notes window that can't be seen in the VNC viewer.
That's what i was thinking. In 2003 is it still necessary to use instsrv and srvany from the Resource Kit? Or is there another way to do this?
