Thanks emiejoey. because I went and turned it on first thing after the install. I can try turning it off and see if it helps.
CoralTech, I will see if I can find the post.
I will let you know.
I have 3 sites all netlink'd together and 3 sites hanging off through ccis. I am having problems with faxing all around. Apparently sending seems to be working, but inbound is problematic. I have enabled 84-33 profile 1 for NetLink and CCIS.
Anybody have a similar problem.
So, first of all, thanks for the suggestions and questions. Somehow, I haven't been getting notifications of any posts.
I think we got it figured out. It turns out it looks like a firewall issue. NTAC didn't really have any suggestions. They basically pointed to the carrier. Carrier...
so it made it work and not work. Work and not work. Over a period of time. Not quickly.
I changed the timer in the firewall back to 180. But I am convinced it has something to do with it.
Well, that is where I can currently concentrating, the firewall. I found the udp timeout timer. Changed it from 180 to 900. Waiting to see how things act.
New install. 2 locations using AT&T sip trunks. The ATT router is an edgewater router at both.
We have a fortigate firewall between us and them.
In bound has been working without fail.
But the inbound is sporadic at both sites. I can go 1 day or 5 days before we start having issues...
9100 ccis. Got a remote site that I am forwarding a vrt ext to a cell phone. Main site has the trunks (pri). We have control over outbound caller id.
calling the ext that is forwarded from another ext works fine. The correct caller id shows up. But if an outside caller calls in directly...
Just want to get some feedback on how you interpret CMD 11-20/44-02
my scenario is CCIS and the need to break out particular ext numbers within a range. Like 5105 needs to go F-route and the rest of 510x number are exts
I will send 51 to Dial Analysis and then make the breakout for the range...
guys, I am having to mix up ip ccis with 1 single T1 ccis. I am struggling on the cmd 50 part. Normally I have either one or the other, but having both in the same pbx is throwing me off a bit.
I guess the question is with 50-02 and 50-03.
here is the config as I have it now.
CMD...
I have a question regarding cmd 15-14. What is it used for. I never look at and I have never specifically programmed it from web pro or pc pro.
Also, does anyone know if we can expand personal station speed dials bins? give an ext more than 10 bins.
Here is the scenario: 1 pri. 1 location. 2 departments.
In the beginning, I let 1 of the departments use the standard mode switching using their Night mode button during the day for break/lunch. I also put them on normal automatic scheduling in cmd 12 for start of day and end of day...
I have been having some issues with a customer's LCR regarding a specific area code. Our carriers in the area, ie verizon, tmobile, att, etc have finally moved us to forced 10 digit dialing. The 9500 was setup for 9140 for long distance and local 94. I have gone back and built out for the...
I agree with erniejoey. We are using a single 9100 for two different car dealerships. It was owned by the same owner but they sold half of it to another dealership. So we use 20-37 to set the operators per group and then 20-35 to assign the exts to a group. Works great when they press 0.
