    R11 2400 w/ 24DTR TIE to ShoreTel

    Calling on the old NEC heads!!! Well, about 10 years and 3 laptops later I need to remember how to set up a plain T1 tie (24DTR to an SGT1K) for 4 digit dialing between an R11 NEC 2400 and a ShoreTel - nothing fancy, no caller ID - just simply 4 digit dialing - I'm mainly looking for the DPSW...

    User PRI and Trunk Groups

    Steve, You will need to create a new trunk group, if it is a PRI you are installing - when creating a new trunk group select type "PRI" this will then allow you to set your switch to User NI2 etc... Telco will never see you if it's a PRI on their end and your trunk group on the switch is set...
