Aloha POS online CC process down; backup dial up always works
I just checked my firewall (both of them). I have one Cisco PIX FW. I moved my connection outside the PIX and I still process over the dial up. I also went into my Windows firewall and disabled that firewall. Again, same problem. I did install a Registry cleaner awhile back. I am going to try to...- akavader

When I open Aloha EDC, the items under the "configure" menu bar are all greyed out. (I cannot select them). So I cannot find the SSL setting. I have checked the threads have not seen this answered yet. I have Aloha v5.3.4 running on Windows 2K in a small coffe shop. About 2 weeks ago my Aloha CC processing stopped using the Online connection to process transactions. The Dial Up Modem back up always kicks in to process CCs. This...- akavader
