Thanks for your help, reghakr. Unfortunately, it did not work at all. That address is still lingering around. Any other suggestions on where it could be hiding? PLEASE, ANYONE! Reghakr, btw, you are the FIRST person in DAYS to at least offer me some suggestions...thank you. Any more? :)- dac123

help- there's one particular url that wont leave my pc. when i have autocomplete web addresses on, if i type part of the url (for example, if i type www.a) i get the whole url displayed. i tried deleting history and temp internet files and cookies, and it is still around!!! its not a...- dac123
