We just switched COs and got 200 new DID numbers to our switch and created the voice mail extension in CMM. but when a call goes to VM the CMM says extension 000-0000 can not be transferred. Do I need to added the new range of in CMM or in the 8700 somewhere?
We keep getting a call from a spefic number telemarking number that we want blocked. I need to keep my DID number the same as it's the main number to adminstrative section. .Avaya S8710
I have a 8710 with a G650 node out to separate compound across town. We have VOIP phones and would like to install fax machines also. but do not have the analog cards in the G650. I know Cisco has a box that converters analog lines to VOIP. any ideas?
