Actually, I just got the restore working. Thank you very much for pointing me in the right direction. I guess it was a step I missed, in the CA Backup Agent Admin, under Options - Configuration I selected the show brick level (I am guessing this is exactly what you were referring to). Thanks for the Post, I forgot to mention that I did run the Backup Agent for Microsoft Exchange Configuration. I selected "configure a backup agent service account to use with brick level" and set the username and password (this is the account that I gave full exchange permissions to. Arcserve 11.5 SP4 restore to Exchange 2003
Have a bit of a problem, I have a Windows 2003 Arcserve 11.5 SP4 server that was turned off because we went with another backup method that still has Exchange data that I need currently and whenever I try and do a document level restore I get the Arcserve error "No valid destination".
