It is impossible to create a many to many relationship in access. You have to create two one to many realtionships with the many ends at a central table.
Yes, you need to reinstall access. There should be an option for installing all add in thingymajigs. This should give you a large list in the add on manager dialogue box.

I want to set the forms properties so that if the houses status is sale completed, that record cant be edited.
