so when i delete the ext, once someone calls that ext, it will forward to reception line. will i be able to reenstate it if needed later in time?
Also, when i place a call from that line, what # would show up on the caller id ? ( for example)
We have an employee that left the company. We no longer weish to have a voicemail set up on his phone. Right now the call goes to voicemail, if it doesnt forward to administrative team. We want to set up his line so that it only rings and forwards to administrator. Basically, erase the option...
