Anyone else have any ideas as to why the tape backup would be failing now? It's stating that there is not enough space on the tape but it's a 75 gig tape that has been formatted before each backup try. The backup file is about 21.1 GB...

That's not the issue unfortunately. I was able to get a clean network backup by mapping it to another server. I have no idea why the tape backup is still failing though.

Out of the blue our callpilot 5.0 stopped backing up to both disk and tape. The following error is what we receive... It looks like it is stating that there is not enough room on the tape... but it's a 21.1 GB file backing up to a 75 GB tape. I have tried multiple tapes.

Ok I understand. That makes sense. So, how can I go about isolating call records to an MCR number? I tried building an ACD with the original MCR number and then just NCFW it to a different MCR on those 3 phones and I still get nothing in the CDR records.

Is it possible to get CDR data on an extension that is built as an MCR? It's programmed on 3 phones on key 3 of each set and they are asking for call data on this number. I'm running an extension detail report out of TM 4.0 and not gettinng anything. Any ideas?

I do not know why, but I cannot get this to work. I have i2050 rel 4.3 downloaded on my PC and I can bring the phone up but it I get a license server error. I have a keycode downloaded from avaya as previously mentioned
From command line I am typing: i2050ConfigurationTool.exe...
I cannot get the Configuration tool to run. Am I missing something? Are there more detailed instructions on how to get the keycode installed on the 2050? I've never done this before so any help is appreciated.
So I downloaded the 4.1 version and tried to run it but it does nothing. I double click on the .exe and it acts like it will start to run but then just disappears.

How far back can you generate historical reports on Contact Center 6.0? Is it a standard amount of time or something that can be adjusted within the system?

Yeah I'm not really sure what the deal is, this comes up occasionally and to fix this particular one today I just disabled/re-enabled port and now it's working fine... go figure.

Will it matter if the user has no handset connected to the phone? It seems the users sometimes "lose" these so there is no handset in the cradle.
