    I have installed an avaya ip 500 with a 16 trunk analog module. All the lines are in the same group and is working fine except for one issue. Intermittantly when a call is made we get a dial tone back. For example i dial 9 and get a dial dt. i then proceed to dial the number 1 plus the area...
