I work for a company (CommonVoices.com) that is able to preserve all the greetings, names, messages, and ECP call trees from old Octel systems when companies are moving to next-gen (IP based) systems. Don't know if we've ever done it to MM though. Won't Avaya help with the migration?
I did ultimately get the signon comamnd to work. It turns out that version 3.10 of the Octel software requires a different version ID in the sign on from the one documented in the 2.0 doc set. Anyway, it is working now - thanks!
