I had the same problem here in my company.
After all check, all configuration.
I will find the problem in the switche configuration.
The port that's i'm using isn't configured for a ip phone.
That's a simple question, but sometimes we forgot for this simple configuration.

I'm from Brasil.
I have in my office a call manager cisco 2800.
The price for mobile call here is very expensive, i would like to use a sim card for a Mobile Company here Claro, to reduce cost.
Do you know if is possible to do this in Cisco 2800 ?
