I have just had a company come in and set up a 3300 (v5) in the office. The sales team have a couple of 5312, it is set up (I think) as a multiline group so when a sales call comes in both phones ring. Voicemail goes to a VM box seperate to those of the two handsets so they have to dial 7000...- fz2hqs
