Excel 2007 Macro Buttons Grayed out

Excel 2007 Macro Buttons Grayed out
Even though I've added the developer ribbon and enabled all macros in the trust center, the macro buttons remain grayed out and unusable. This is a work PC. Any ideas?- MrsMoe
